Frequently asked questions

Are your sneakers new?

Yes. All sneakers sold by BARE SNKRS are brand new and unworn, and are supplied with their original packaging where applicable.

When will my order arrive?

Orders typically arrive within 4 business days when placed Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather, and courier operations.

What is BARE SNKRS return policy?

All orders are considered final sale. Returns are only accepted if BARE SNKRS sends the wrong size, colourway, or sneaker model. Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order, and approved returns must be sent back within 24 hours.

Returned sneakers must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Approved refunds are processed after the returned sneakers are received and inspected.

How much is delivery?

Delivery fees vary depending on the destination and applicable delivery rates. Your delivery fee will be shown or communicated before your order is completed.

What if my preferred size is unavailable?

If your preferred size is not currently listed, it means we may not have it available at that time. You can contact BARE SNKRS to ask about availability or possible restocks.

Do you deliver natiowide?

BARE SNKRS delivers to supported locations across Ghana. Delivery availability and fees may vary depending on your location.
